How They Work

1. Calibrating: Fist you place the scanner on to the wall you are planning to scan, when it is placed press the button and wait for the light to start to scan.
2. Scanning:“Once the scanner is ready, begin sliding it smoothly across the wall. As the device detects changes in wall density, indicating proximity to a stud, it will respond accordingly.
3. Indicating edges: When the scanner detects an edge, an indicator light will illuminate and an audible tone will sound. Additionally, Zircon’s trademarked SpotLite® feature projects a beam of light onto the wall, clearly marking the exact location of the stud edge for precise alignment.
